Intrepid class in sector space

I noticed that the Intrepid-class and variants don't have their nacelles raised in the Warp position in sector space like the Chimera-class and variants do, and I know it used to. is this a bug, or something else? in any case, I'm asking that it be re-instated.

    a real old bug Cryptic doesn't care to fix.
    Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.
