Fatal Bug on "The Renegade's Regret"

After "The Renegade's Regret" was first added on Tribble, I found I couldn't complete the mission, as I wasn't able to speak to Neth Parr in her holding cell. Well, since the last patch, I can no longer begin the episode. As the episode is loading, the game crashes to desktop. I've tried it four times with the same result. Loading, patching, CTD. After the last crash, I attempted to verify all files, which also resulted in CTD.
