Is there something wrong with the Kelvin Timeline Klingon Regalia Outfit?

Hey everyone. So I just bought myself a lovely Regalia outfit for my Klingon. And for some reason none of the pieces are unlocked. No shoulders, badge, long coat, and no helmet either. The only thing that does show up is the new ridges. But no rings. I actually like it more without the rings.. but still maybe there should be option for both?

Anyways is this a bug or am I looking at the wrong areas in the costume designer?

    OK... My Tac still has all her clothing pieces.

    Helmet is under "Head" / "Category" / "Hats and Helmets".
    Rings is under "Head" / "Head Attach Tech"

    Everything is labeled as "Klingon Kelvin".

    Jacket should be under "Uniform-Jacket Loose" and Pants under "Uniform - Pant - Tight"
    There is a separate "Collar" and a sash under "Chest Gear"

    If it is not unlocked...try switching to space then back to ground to try to get it to reload.

    OOPs.. the collar is under "Collar" (not chest gear).

    Thanks. I'll take a look when I get back. Maybe it is a log issue.

    Had a good look. None of it is appearing? :( I paid 39mil for it and all I got to show for it is the ridges. No Kelvin uniform. No helmet, no badges, no rings. Nothing... I beamed out and went back again. Still nothing. Will I have to open a ticket.


    This reminds me of that awful bug that removed the shorts from the Mirror lobi boxes. Also I noticed that my kling characters uniforms get all messed up when I go to edit them. They wearing the Omega Kling rep set costume. changes from that to some random ugly mess.​​

    The ridges aren't part of the set, they were added as a default species option for all Klingons. Sounds like you just need to re-log OP, sometimes a new set doesn't unlock until you change maps and characters. If you've done one but not the other, try it and see if it unlocks. Be sure you're looking under loose uniform for upper, tight lower. There's no special category and it's listed as "Klingon Kelvin." (not the fancy name)

    They aren't? Damn it. I paid 39mil for nothing then. well besides the outfit that I probably won't use much because I like the rep one I have. It's working now. Almost embarrassed to share this... but for some reason the box didn't open. It was still in my inventory.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Thank you I found them both. Probably make one of my Boffs with the rings. Wish we had better hair styles. The ones we have look like big mops. Save a few.

    And ton more head ridges that are more defined with detailed patterns.

    Yes on more ridges with more definition to them!

    OH I saw this really snazzy hair style for my Orion.... and I wish they would FIX all the Klingon hair to use that ART for Klingon hair instead of what we got...... (shoot I have to stick it up on Imgur).....

    It's a shame that the devs took away a certain mechanic, that would have allowed you to use that hair on a shellhead. Straight long hair of various styles might also look good. Or a full version of the curly, to go along with the half shaved. Something MORE than Yautja braids, bald, and a topknot though please.
