Federation tutorial not completable

I just created a new Federation toon and went through the tutorial. After defeating the klingon ship I am asked to hail the captain of the Chimera but the game is using the old Vega tutorial dialogs and we do not speak to captain Nog on the Chimera. Because I cannot speak to captain Nog on the Chimera I cannot complete the tutorial.
Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    I just experienced this. Pretty sure they're aware of this. All the jumbled dialogue suggest this is a work in progress.
