Tribble Patching in a Loop?

Over the course of today I attempted to get Tribble patched for access.
The launcher indicates I had patched 77.6mb / 84mb. The launcher % sets at 92.4% patched. And seems to continue to patch well beyond 1000mb without further % progress being indicated.
I've cancelled this progress a number of times. Exited the launcher. Restarted the launcher to begin patching of Tribble. Always reaching the same 92.4% with endless patching to follow.
