Hi,new player or old returning depenind on your point of view.
Can the Tos character fly the modern fed ships? I know that the romies cant on certain vessels so i was wodnering if its the same for tos

You can fly the standard modern Fed ships as TOS character. In fact, you'd have to buy-in to fly anything not part of the 'modern' Fed leveling past the starting ship, as you get flung into the 25th Century pretty early on. You keep, without the ability to change, the 23rd Century character effects (beaming in/out, scanning with Bones style tricorder, sound effects for interacts, etc.,) though.
