Has anyone tried to build the New Romulus capital

I was planning on build (parts) of the sections of New Romulus capital we don't see (or see poorly) for a foundry, Project and was thinking has anyone else tried this?

Mostly I started planning due wanting to see the "civilian" sections of the New Rom capital instead of the military section(aka the command centre), the diplomatic sections of the city or the outer wall of the city.

I made the old Romulus capital but haven't gotten around to finishing/finalizing it yet. It's about 70% done. This isn't what it looks like but one of the pics I'm drawing from.
