Unable to Purchase Slot unlocks from Fleet Research Lab plus active stations wiped (23/03 Patch)

Following the Patch late on 23 March I attempted to unlock Trait Slots at the Fleet Research Lab.

Resources were deducted, however the slots themselves didn't unlock and were still showing in the store list.

The Patch itself also wiped the stations display of my active ship. I needed to switch to another ship and back in order to see any stations on both the stations tab and in sector space (no Bridge officer skills bar)

AutoConsume on Tribble seems to be disabled, I logged into check this problem with the trait slots folloing the mini-patch on Tuesday and the Captain that I was testing with had the trait slot unlock doodads in his inventory
