With those original DS9 actors reprising their characters of Odo, Kira, Martok, Quark, Bashir and Garak confirmed, I am going out on a limb here to make a couple of guesses that Worf will ultimately be confirmed as well and that Ezri Dax and Miles O'Brien will join the Victory is Life contingent too. As for the tenth possibility, I feel like Jake Sisko will round out the returning cast members. Time will tell!
Worf seems like a given with his past work for this game. Ezri is the one person I would want to see most from the cast lend her talents to this game. I'm kind of hoping for the Holodeck guy from Quark's. We could really use some Holodeck and HoloSuite content. I think it was... Vic from the HoloSuite? It would be nice to see Sloan and Admiral Ross.

There are no more Weyouns. The last one was killed during the Battle for Cardassia, the cloning facility where his genetic information was housed had been destroyed shortly before.

That is true, Elim Garak shot him during the last episode on Cardassia & then the female leader Changeling stated that he was the last Weyoun. I'm sure there's creative ways around that, & deserving too since Jeffrey Combs is such a good actor, but as lore goes Weyoun is dead.
Avery Brooks? We know well that The Profits muck about with time, it's entirely possible that they deem it is time to "put The Sisko back." If so, that would open the door for both his son AND wife.

Turns out that she was auditioning for another show at the time and took a risk but ultimately it backfired when she wasn't chosen for that role and Paramount had already written her out of two further episodes she was meant to appear in. Yes i am aware of this .
She was meant to be in "the search part 2", her role originally was meant to be in Borath's position and "the ship" as mentioned above in the quote, but Kilana was written into that one as well. Who knows what could of happened after that for Molly, but she found roles elsewhere.
To some point it would of made some sort of sense if it were Eris instead of Kilana on the "the ship", she has a history with Sisko and she remains loyal to the founders but obstinant about her goals so much so it would of turned her from a proud vorta into a tragic character because she could not trust Sisko after her previous attempts to turn them didn't work.
None the less we are stuck with that one episode of her.

If he returns, I'm pretty sure the character will be silent. [They haven't been able to afford a Series Captain lead yet, and Mr. Brooks himself has some interesting personality quirks, so I don't see him agreeing to do VO for STO.
