What's with the 5 year old playing with the camera simulation?

Seems all my annoying pop-ups are now extra annoying as it seems the camera is zoomed in so far on the NPC that I am seeing just the mouth... Is there a work around to fix this?

    This is a known bug (refer to Patch Notes for 3/8/18). Bugs should still be reported to the Bug Forum, though.
