crashing to desktop attempting to upgrade the 23C spacesuit

Second time I have craashed to desktop on ESD trying to upgrade the 23C spacesuit.
ERROR: Failed to load dbghelp: 126
Line: c:\src\Utilities\CrypticError\harvest.c(526)
first time all I did was hit the Upgrade Item button in my pop up dialigue box after right clicking the suit in my inventory.
Second time the Upgrade Window opened, I put a Trib server upgrade token in and crashed as soon as I hit the upgrade button.
