Did Cryptic forget about this?
It has been 2 years since the mentioned "forthcoming Foundry revamp"? Did the revamp happen?
I know it says on the Wiki infers Dilithium wrapper on Foundry may be permanently gone....but not really known one way or the other?? Any more information about this?
Of course, after 2 years evidence shows: it is probably gone for good. But why? Was someone getting away with running off with a pocket full of Dilithium without completing the mission?

Mission: Investigate Officer Reports (Repeatable) was removed from the game in early 2016 with rumors of a forthcoming Foundry revamp, whether it will be returned or has been removed permanently is currently unknown.

Looking for something new to play? I've started building Foundry missions again in visual novel form!
If they are THAT worried about DiL rewards, they could just make it a daily...I think it was an hourly.
But "don't put rewards on anything because everyone does the easy stuff?"...is going to cut a lot of people out of participating in anything but......you know what it is: Admiralty.

Not at first. That was the first nerf they put in.
For a long time, the IOR missions were literally "walk up to the console on esd, click it, collect your dil".
They cut it because (iirc) they just didn't know what to do with it. It went back and forth, nerf after nerf then buff after buff after nerf etc.
Last time I remember using it, it was the 15 min timer. And there was whining about the loot.
I was doing one of the Foundry missions thinking...I know there was a "thing" to pick up for the Dil...where did it go.
I hadn't realized it was removed. And the Wiki makes it sound open ended. They should probably edit that out to not sound so speculative.
