Can't Trade my Master Keys or Lockboxes via in game mail

Description
Lockboxes and Master Keys are Tradeable through Exchange and direct trade but not via mail not sure why as to whats the cause
is a mistery.

Solanae Dyson Sphere (Delta Quadrant)
Bug reproduction steps may be impossible due to the bug being a pre-expansion issue and no longer present
best possible explanation is that whatever caused it some of my account data might be corrupted on the server database at least thats as far as i can understand from what i know about servers.
