Hello
I see that foundy are back online and i have question. Foundry mission withoud standard hourly reward give experience? If yes, how many i must doo to level up?

You get [some amount of experience] but it's definitely not enough to level up without playing a truly MASSIVE amount of foundry missions.

So, look to other content (ex. Cryptic's missions, duty officer assignments) for XP. The Foundry is for fun (and a little dilithium).
