Skills Invalid - Cannot Retrain

A few days ago, I attempted to use a specialization point, but was informed that my skills were invalid and required a retrain. However, when I attempted to respec, the UI simply closed. I thought I had respecs available, but purchased one at Drozana just in case, and attempted again with the same result. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Bumping this because it's becoming a serious problem. I'm now up to six excess specialization points. Every time I try to retrain my "invalid skills" the UI simply vanishes. I'm not sure if this is related or not, but I've also noticed that several of my traits, while activated, are not working.

    I also have the same issue. Can't retrain skills and both allotted ground and space traits are locked while the list of available traits is blank. This bug renders a character all but useless. Come on, Cryptic, do something about this!
