Repairs and the Prime Directive (STO/Pokemon/Kingdom Hearts (Pride Lands storyline))

Ambassador’s Log: I am on ESD after the massive battle with the Tzenkethi fleets. The Amethyst sustained 10 major hull breaches on all decks and all systems except life support were knocked out in the attack. Luckily, Kiara and the rest of my family were not injured. My Chief ENG says the repairs will be complete in 2 days. My family and Kiara have moved to the Dacia’s royal quarters for the time being. END LOG
Admiral Picard and I are in the President’s office with DragonKnight. He looks at a PADD containing my after-action report. President Knight shows me a picture of a gold lion cub. He asks, “Sapph, who is this?”
I answer, “Mr. President, that is Princess Kiara from the Pride Lands. She is the daughter of Simba and Nala. Kiara is under my protection due to their request. I am her babysitter.”
Knight calmly states, “ I see. The Pride Lands is a prewarp society in a prewarp universe so the Prime Directive applies. However, I am giving you a special dispensation so you can fulfill Simba and Nala’s request. Kiara will also be under Starfleet protection. Good luck Sapph.”
Suddenly, my Holo Caster begins beeping. I pick it up and answer it. My mate and daughter pop up on the blue screen and say, “Hey Sapph. Kiara is with my senior CMO right now. The Tzenkethi Coalition is about to be attacked by Simba and Nala’s pride in retaliation for the attempted abduction of their daughter.”
I smile and state, “Kiara and Amy deserve quality time with us sweetie. These new wands from the Mysteryverse are very useful in situations like this. I got them from a Kecleon shop in Serene Village. Plus, I’ve been given a special dispensation by President DragonKnight. I’ll be stationed in the Pride Lands tomorrow. My contacts will be expecting me soon. The Temporal Lapras will be used by me as my flagship.”
Suddenly, a lioness beams into the office with a PADD in her paws and gives it to me. She shows me her ID and it says, “Sarabi”. Sarabi leads me to a secret passage. A few lions escort me to a room at the end of said passage. As I enter, I see a few Andorians with their weapons aimed at my escorts. I raise my flipper to stop them from attacking. They lower their weapons and leave the room. An interdimensional portal swirls into existence and I see an image of a savannah with a purple and red sky. Sarabi says, “Outsider, you’ll be working with the Pridelanders. Kion will send a detachment of the Lion Guard to escort you in the prewarp dimension. Good luck Sapph.”
I enter the portal to the “post warp” dimension and materialise with my Pokemon. My ship (Paradox temporal warship) is orbiting the world. A lion named Kion approaches me and says, “Greetings Outsider. You’re a bit early so I’ll brief you on the situation. Maleficent and her allies have sent an army of Heartless to attack the worlds in this dimension. Simba and Nala’s forces are holding them off, but Scar is trying to capture Kiara. Get on my back Outsider. I’ll take you to Simba and Nala.”
I get on his back after returning my Pokemon inside their Pokeballs. Kion takes me to an L shaped rock in the Pride Lands. A lion and lioness are standing with their pride and greet me with nuzzles. I bow before them as per standard royal greeting protocol. Simba puts his paw on my shoulder and says, “ Outsider, you and your mate are allowed to install a special upgrade on your vessels due to your royal lineage. It is the Roar of the Elders (powerful technique used by Simba and later Kion) which is an important power for me as the leader of the Pridelanders. Your Starfleet might send one of its officers to ‘help’ you. I’ve erected a magic barrier to prevent Maleficent and her friends from corrupting the Pride Lands.”
I respond, “Your Majesty, Kiara is with my mate and daughter aboard the Dacia. I’ve posted additional security teams around her since she might be targeted again. I will get a new RynKodan carrier from the Risians. Scar might have someone from my realm delegitimize your claim to the Pridelander throne. ”
Simba growls, “Scar’s ruined the Pride Lands once and now he’s planning on doing it again! I won't let him repeat his mistakes during his reign. Outsider, you will serve under me and Nala. The Heartless are too strong for you to defeat with your current equipment. My mother authorized an upgrade that’ll let your ship fire Keyblades from the weapon ports. Vitani and the other Outlanders are allied with me. Your fleets will be under our command Sapph. Transfer command of the Dragonheart (Odyssey class warship) to me and Nala.”
I transfer the Dragonheart’s command codes to him and Nala. They teleport to its bridge and assume command of the large warship without incident. Suddenly, an Endeavor class cruiser appears in the dimension and hails the ship. A man with a red Starfleet uniform appears on the screen. He says, “This is Admiral Chris Torrence of the USS Timber Wolf, to whoever is in command of the Dragonheart. I order you to return one of Starfleet’s officers to me so Quinn can ‘talk’ to her.”
Simba snarls, “Admiral, Sapph is working under my command . DragonKnight gave her permission to do so. I can’t let you have her until the quest is complete. She’s in the throne room on the Temporal Lapras with Kion and the rest of the Guard. They won’t let you take her by force. If you want to speak to Sapph, I suggest you do so quickly.”
Chris switches his viewscreen to my throne room. He says, “Sapph, I thought you were dead. I heard about the battle with the Tzens. Who were they after?”
I answer, “Chris, they were after a special guest on my vessel. I can’t tell you her name due to an oath of secrecy. How did you get here Chris?”
Chris answers, “Simple. I followed your ship into the dimensional portal created by Sarabi-”, but his ship’s weapons go offline due to the dimension’s effects. His tactical officer panics and attempts to repair the weapons to no avail. Suddenly, a fleet of Heartless vessels enters the system.
Simba roars, “Red alert! Everyone, defend the Pride Lands from the Heartless at all costs!” The ships in the fleet form a defensive perimeter around the world.
