Looking for an active and fair XBOX one fleet

I am currently in a fleet that is quite inactive. And the fleet leader is nuts, he won't let people buy from provision store. Only him and a few higher ranking people can buy from stores. That's quite unfair for low ranking people who also donate to the fleet projects. I am looking for a fair and active fleet to run stfs with and let people who donate to fleet projects buy gears from fleet stores.

Hey, we have a fairly active fed and kdf fleet on xbox. For both fleets, once a player has their first promotion that grants access to all the fleet provisions. Fleet bank: 7 of 8 vaults are open to all, with daily withdrawals being increased with each promotion too. No micro management, no needing to ask. We're on daily, progressing well with fleet holdings, typically have a voice party running too for the more sociable peeps to join. Run a prize draw fairly regularly, and run PvEs, battlezones, story missions as a group including event nights at times. If interested, let us know

Aodhan#2460 are you still allowing people to join your fleet? I am not a full time player but I do contribute when I can. I am fairly new to the game but the fleet I am part of only seems to take care of their higher ranking officers.
