0718 bridge officer - science only, bug?

Both the Aenar and Caitian boffs, which are also c-store, can be chosen in all three professions from the Bridge Officer Requisitions menu. 0718 cannot be. If not a bug, I would still like to choose his profession in the same way.

    It's not a bug. He's a Science officer by design. That's how he appeared in the films, and that's how he appears in STO.

    as with other boffs in the c-store, it's description says not reclaimable.
