[Noob] Looking for an active fleet

Greetings,
as the title says, I'm a newcomer to the game, looking for an active fleet where I could learn more about the game. I've read all guides I could get my hands on but I'd like to learn more than the basics and dedicate myself to a STO (preferably European) fleet/community.
I'm from [Europe] Serbia, 23 years old. I'm fluent in English, have a working microphone and am willing to use Discord/TeamSpeak.
Currently I'm building a Reman tactical officer which I'd like to be my main.

Thanks for showing interest in my thread, I'm afraid I already found a suitable fleet for myself. I should've updated this thread earlier, sorry for that.
