Stealth Figher Set

I have been using the stealth fighter set recently and I have an idea that will make it more appealing for people to purchase. Change the two piece bonus to advanced raider flanking and the three piece the battle cloak with enhanced cooldown. I would like to run the quad cannons and quantum warheads but the two combined offer no bonuses. The federation currently does not have a dedicated raider. This would allow for that and would also keep the spirit of the Defiant from DS9 intact. Thank
