Mission publish stalls short of 75%

I have tried several times to publish mission ST-HH9DALJTK last night and again tonight. Publishing never completes; it always stalls before it reaches 75%. (Usually at around either 61% or 73%.)

Update: This problem seems to have gone away. Publish is still slower than usual (it seems to linger unusually long on the aforementioned progress %'s) but at least now it does eventually complete.
