Disappearing Abilities

Found a bug - abilities disappearing off the hotbars when transitioning from sector space to combat space. And it's not just the icons disappearing off the hotbars, they disappear off your available abilities list as well. Also, if there's a conversation in between battles, sometimes they reappear.

I noticed upon entering combat space in the mission "Spoils of War" that everything was fine. After getting rid of some True Way ships and then beaming to the Moon's surface to pick up the Orb, I returned to my ship and many of my combat abilities were gone. I finished the mission, transitioned to sector space and traveled to Bajor to start "Jabberwocky".

Initially on entering combat space over Bajor, the missing abilities were still missing. For whatever crazy reason after eliminating the initial wave of Hidecki frigates and then talking with Commander Sarish on Defiant, they reappeared for the battle with the next two ships.

I'm baffled as to why this is happening. The abilities that disappear and reappear seem to be Temporal and Miracle Worker abilities. My ship is a Fleet Tactical Escort (T6), it's a Pilot ship and doesn't have Temporal and/or Miracle Worker abilities that I'm aware of but I wasn't complaining that they were available. I just wish the abilities would make up their minds, I do a lot of hotbar shifting when they disappear and then reappear.

potentially stupid question, but have you tried saving a loadout to see if that fixes the issue? Sometimes i've had that fix issues like that for me when I've been on tribble or even if it's happened on holodeck. Also can you give some examples of specific powers it's doing this with? if you have screenshots or video clips that's even better also. what you're describing wouldn't exactly be the weirdest thing I've ever seen but something definitely seems to be up.
