Snowmen Are Broke

Snowmen aren't fully spawning in the forest, they start to appear and the sound effects there, but they don't fully spawn?

Then the big snowman spawns, is quickly killed and them we have to wait while the 10 minutes left on the Snowball Fight timer count down with just normal nonanimated snowmen standing about.

    I experienced the same bug on various instances of the Snowball Fight. Snowmen would start spawning, the sound and snow effect would trigger, but no actual NPCs would show up.
