Awaiting the Return Accolade

Hi 
So I'm trying to get the Awaiting the Return accolade. According to the Wiki, I need to activate a console twice however, I cannot get it to activate the second time. I've tried logging out and back in, I've tried ensuring the whole area was blue, I've waited until the dinosaur was defeated; I just cannot get the console to activate a second time.
What am I missing?

Wonderful, especially since there's an achievement tied to it
1) there are two consoles in the Outskirts area. Are you trying the correct one? (Looking at the map, you want the console to the far left, not the one at the top of the area)
2) to access the console, you (well, the team) need to control the nearby Omega Generator.

@reddwarf#5987 I've tried both and as in my op, we had control of the entire area
Most of them are fine, at least on PC. There are a few that have issues, including the one that the OP mentions, but the vast majority work just fine.
That one has always been a pain because you need 3 things from 2 consoles. It usually works if you come back and take control of both on another attempt to finish the instance. Sometimes you need to change instances and try in another one.
