Secrets of the Ancients - can't complete

I have signalled D'Tan and viewed the Findings and all I need to do now is to 'File Report'. The problem is I cannot get it to load.
I go to the Underground Ruins on New Romulus. The wiki says that I must accept New Romulus Power Source to access the Underground Ruins - my problem is that I cannot get the offer to accept it - no matter where I go.

With 32,000 dil waiting it's a bit frustrating as it's been sat uncompleted for months.

Anyone know where I can be offered 'New Romulus Power Source'

Have you completed the New Romulus Arc in the episode list? The "New Romulus: The Power Source" mission you need to select should be the final mission at the end of that, as far as I know.

As simple as that - Yes I have already played - just a simple case of replaying it from the episode list...Thx!!!
