What am I missing with the zombie emote?

Ok, so I completed Hearts and Minds, I saw the emote being received, and when i type "/e dance" sll of my available dances are listed, but not the zombie one. I tried typing "/e zombie" and still nothing. Maybe it needs to be unpacked, so I check in my inventory, and nothing is there. So what am i missing here?

I feel really dumb for asking such a thing on the forum, so can someone help swiftly solve this for me please?

    You can click on the emote button next to the chat bar and select it manually. I have used it in game.

    It is called Emote_Zombie_Name.
