In the journal, the mission "Capture the Flag" Appears between act 1 and 2 of the Kobali Crisis

While it is nice to break up the pace, the issue with this approach is you finish Act 1 at the Hill Side Base. You do not unlock the transporter to the hill side base until part way through Act 2. This means that you leave to do something else and then have to slog your way through back to the hill side base to continue your mission.
There are 3 way I can see that could resolve this issue.
1) make the transport system independent like the other adventure zones
2) adjust the story arc so transporters are in act one where you finish off
3) removing the detour between act 1 and 2 in the journal
I know most people who have played it before skip it but I think this would improve the flow of this section.
