Hello, The Neutral Zone Armada (fédération) is searching for fleets to fill his ranks...
We are no drama armada and we expect no drama fleets.
No minimum level required, but we expect the fleet to be active !
The Neutral Zone Armada true democratic armada...
Every fleet in the Neutral Zone Armada will have the same (equal) voice, and decisions which imply the full armada will be decided (voted) by all the fleets admirals (1 per fleet)...
