What's the current custom costume limit for the foundry?

Simple enough question, anyone know the current custom NPC costume limit for the foundry? I was thinking on setting a future mission (a part 2 of a planned story arc) in Andoria (well not fully there but parts of the mission) and want to know how much variation I can put into the civilian costumes.

Contacts: 25 (per map)
Objects: 475 (per map)
Buildings: 64 (per map)
Planets: 12 (per map)
Dialog Trees: 250
Objectives: 100 (per mission)

I'm supriced there even is an objective limit as you really have to spam pointless objectives to get anywhere close to 100, I think I've not even seen missions that have more then 50 objectives in total.
