PS4 federation character looking for fleet

I am a federation alien looking for a fleet to be a part of that is active, helpful, and can handle someone who doesn't know how to use the chat function on the PS4 as of yet. I am partially new to the game yet I have a commander ranked character and am hoping to meet new friends through STO.
