in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Why does it say i cant use anymore bridge officer when i have 2 ships.

    You have a limit based on how many Bridge Officer Slots that Character has. Number of Ships is immaterial. You unlock more slots as you level up and you can purchase additional slots from the C-Store.

    Because Bridge Officer slots are limited by your level. And whether or not you purchase extra slots from the C-Store.

    You use the same pool of boffs for all ships, so if you want more you either need to buy additional slots, or wait until the next rank cause you get two free extra slots every ten levels when you rank up (can't remember what level that stops).

    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

      Yeah. I started as FTP, and then moved to Lifer through a generous gift. Quote from the wiki on BOFF slots:
      Gold accounts unlock 2 additional slots at the following ranks, for a total of 10 slots at level 50:
      Lieutenant Commander
      Commander
      Rear Admiral, Lower Half
      Silver accounts unlock 1 additional slot at the following ranks, for a total of 6 slots at level 50:
      Captain
      Rear Admiral, Lower Half
      Now a LTS and loving it.
      Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
