Please clean up mission "Assimilation Complete"

This mission has been dead for years, it is still stuck on my character, it is still part of the story arc.

There is no Battle Group Omega. You still won't let me drop it.

Please clean up this mission. At minimum please drop it from the story arc and set whatever flag allows me to drop it.

I think I've asked for this a mere three times since it was crippled. From a code point of view I can't see why adding a flag to drop it is that hard of a thing. Not like a Tovan Khev mechanic woven deep into the missions by a well meaning designer unable to think more than a year in the future. I hope....​​

I agree or put the npc's that commanded the 2 faction flagships in the battle group on DS9 with the rest of the omega npc's so it can be turned in there since that appears to be where the command center for battle group omega is at now.

If you are part of a fleet with a maxed out SB you should visit it's Trans warp gateway. It has an option to visit BGO. That might clear it. I'm not 100% sure though. Just thought I'd suggest it .

They have the ability to make an updated mission automatically drop from your list, as that's happened to me before. I can't see why they didn't just do that with this mission when they removed the battle group.
