Why are some of my Episode content greyed out in the previous seasons?

I have a Delta Recruit character and recently saw that I cannot perform the mission from Season 13.5 in the Briarpatch where we rescue Martok. I thought that all Season content or episode content was able to be played and not barred from playing through. I was able to participate in the newer the content, the two episodes with Geordi LaForge. Is there a particular reason I cannot access the Briarpatch episode? Any and all help would be appreciated. I have played all of the Seasonal episode content, except for the new ones added for the Romulans on their homeworld of New Romulus, as I believe these were created to assist you with how to perform the Reputation grind for Romulan marks. Well, assuming that you are a proper level for the missions, are you absolutely sure you've played the missions that come before them? For instance, anything in the New Frontiers arc can't be done until you are finished with the Future Proof arc.

The only reason you would have been able to play those missions without filling the prerequisite missions is because you played them while they were the featured episode. If you do manage to receive the mission that way, you are able to play and replay it at your leisure, otherwise, the aforementioned rules apply.

Episodes are normally level-locked. Feature Episodes become level locked once they have finished their run, usually to level 60. Also some episode that are greyed out are usually introductory things that give no reward, so therefore have no replay function or value.

I'm maxed level. So, I'm sure I meet the level requirement. I'll have to see if there is something I missed.
