star trek timeline help please

I know this isn't the place. but couldn't find help anywhere else.
I'm trying to find out how to get the common crew Lt Thomas Riker and ensign Kim. I have maxed out (got level 100) on all other 1 star crew but cant get these two. are they still in game. or deleted. I'm going by the latest wiki page.

maybe STO could put up a page for any other ST games. to help gamers help each other. I know its not there responsibility. but it would be very helpful as when ever I have a problem finding information. this community is helpful for the most part.

Might want to ask here since most of us have no idea what you are talking about and those forums seem to be the official Star Trek Timeline forums. I vaguely know Star Trek Timelines exists and that it has a trading card type set up, but that is it.

if you are talking about the characters appearing in game you are thinking about t rikers kid. I think that episode is gone. Kim is in a couple of episodes
