With the way U.S. & other ISPs around the world often overselling & overpricing really bad service, an issue has presented itself.
I have good connectivity, but a few of my friends do not. When they're connection goes down during a PvE, they experience extreme freezing & rubber banding, which in turn stops any major activity from happening, initiating the two hour PvE ban. They can't afford a better service & often one isn't available. Connectivity needs to be filtered into the player activity equation in order to facilitate a better ban protocol, hopefully stopping low connectivity users from being shafted by the game. There are programs out there that can simulate reduced bandwidth connections, I'm sure.
It is important to note that ISPs like Comcast & Time Warner sometimes hack SpeedTest to show exaggerated readings.
Fast.com is a much more accurate, reliable & secure internet speed testing service.
Please help these people, as weaselly ISP providers seem unwilling to.
