If you mean, Beyond the Nexus. I'm not sure. Though it just seemed to be a plug episode to introduce Lavar Burton andshowcase the new galaxy interior. So they may have removed it. They may add it back. This is a best guess at the moment thing.
It's in the Klingon Arc - before 'Temporal Ambassador'
Well.. that still doesn't explain the "it's good to see you again" part. But I guess doing the time warp made us forget. Still kind of odd though. Temporal Ambassador happens in 2409. The Nexus doesn't appear until 2410. I think they may have jumped one to many times to the left here.
That's definitely too early, especially if Geordi still mentions the Lukari, Kentari and Tzenkethi at the end. I could see a new mission added back there at some point where we meet Geordi for the first time, but that one seemed to be released in proper chronological order, given the references to things that had just taken place in the previous couple of episodes. About the only recent episode that seems to be out of order is Survivor, which probably should have been placed in the Yesterday's War arc after Terminal Expanse.
Edit: After playing Melting Pot, I get the sneaking suspicion that the new home for Beyond the Nexus is temporary, and that it will be placed after Melting Pot in New Frontiers once Melting Pot's featured period ends.

This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

Interesting... I simply assumed it would be added to the New Frontiers story arc.
