Honestly I think the timing is probably right for perhaps another Tier 5 fleet holding.
Small Fleet's within an Armada should always re-assess when it's possibly better to consolidate Leadership & Membership from 2 or 3 smaller fleet's into a single larger fleet. Creating and growing a fleet was never designed to be done by only a limited few number of players.
While Armada's have helped expand the number of potential player's who can donate to various projects; it can be wise to consolidate leadership and membership. Then fleet's in the Armada are not only stronger but more active.
Something more should consider or at least always re-assess.
There was mention of a ship at T5 on tribble at one point but no further info. I assumed it morphed onto the current T5u lockbox flying saucer but perhaps not.....

Weren't there three designs of Lukari ships? One was released for the anniversary and now another the lockbox. That would leave one more design left.

There were actually 6 total, but only 3 in the final vote.
To answer the OP's question - Unfortunately, yes. As I said in a similar thread, I feel it was unneeded and unasked for, and will definately set back the progress of my LvL 57 fleet. It could potentially be barely manageable so long as they don't release ANOTHER holding between now and the end of next year. A smaller fleet though...yeah, it's bound to be really painful. My two EC.

Just logged in, Admiral Quinn pronounces Dranuur the same way Draenor is pronounced in WoW ... which also happens to be the setting of the worst expansion WoW has ever had ... fail ripping off fail ...
