PS4 : Problems to connect or to change characters (a lot of players)

Hello,
There is a big problem, on STO Servers or PSN Servers (probably PSN Servers), a lot of players in our armada (2700 Players) can't connect to the game...
It is atm impossible to change character because we get stuck on the "select a character" screen...
Please Cryptic, would you want to contact PSN Servers manager and see with them what is happening .?
