Damage resistance

Your neutronic torpedo deals 2235 ( 30317) kinetic damage..

This is roughly only 7% of the total damage suggesting 93% damage resistance... How is this possible anyone?

    Granted you didnt mention if this was an NPC (and what difficulty) or a Player..But some ideas...

    Shields ..+ some other rez.....Torps dont like shields..Plus abilities that raise shield hardness...Trait Inelastic Collisions provides a 99% shield rez for 1.5 seconds and Shield Overload which just give your shields More Res.
    Theres also like..2 clickies that have Damage rez at 500 or higher.
