Fleet Emblem not available on Discovery Uniform

Greetings fellow STO players and developers.
Is there any reason why fleet emblems are not an option available to add to the new discovery uniforms?
Would it be possible to add this option to the uniform menu? Our fleet members are proud to wear our fleet emblem and would like to do so with the new uniform.
