Will my Romulan doffs work with my Fed character? I am thinking of sending them over by mail.

    They will work if they are of the same aligned Faction. KDF aligned Romulan Doffs won't work for a Federation Character. You won't be able to mail them if they are also already bound to that Romulan Character.

    No, they will not.

    A Fed-Rom cannot send Romulan Duty Officers to a Fed character, they're only usable by Romulan Captains.

    The only Romulans that are usable by a Federation character are the ones purchased from the Fleet Embassy.

    Faction colors is on the Top right corner...Green is Romulan Only DOFFS, Red is KDF DOFFS, Blue is FED DOFFS. Rarity is on the left hand corners.

    Romulans can use Romulan DOFFs and the DOFFs of their aligned factions.
    KDF can only use KDF DOFFs. FED can only use FED DOFFs.
