What are some good Quarters projects? & Old Romulus Capital?

Two things actually:
What are some of the best "quarters" projects that should be checked out? (besides mine of course :P) I'd like to tour some well made & cool looking custom maps weather they be quarters or just cool maps.
Also, anyone know if there's a mission out there that recreated the old Romulus capital/capital city? If not, I might have to make it myself or maybe it could be a foundry challenge with prizes for the best representation of the old Romulan capital.
