Celebrating 50 years of Trek, 30 years of TNG, and a new show!

I intended to post this on Friday, but due to an upcoming hurricane in my area (now past, thankfully!) it was slightly delayed. But now that I am back on track, it's time to share a special gift for the community that I have been working on to celebrate this special month in Trek history.

In a nutshell, I have created dozens of custom costumes that you can use in game. Below you will find links image galleries for each group of costume, and below those links you will find a link to download the actual costume files.

***Instructions***:

1) download costume files from the link above

2) paste the costume files into your screenshots folder

3) load the costume files in game on your characters or bridge officers

***NOTE 1***: these are all ALIEN costumes. Why? Well, the alien editor offers far more flexibility and options than any single species does, and some of those extra scaling options were needed to get the exact look I was going for. However, if you would like you use these costumes with other species you can use this tool to convert the costumes from alien to other species:

However, I must warn you, you will lose some of the appearance in the conversion and it will not look AS GOOD as the actual alien costume.

***NOTE 2***: if you do not own the costume pieces I used, the costume will not load fully. It will still load the face/body proportions correctly, but it may randomize what the character is wearing. Also, it sometimes gives an error when loading a costume for the very first time, and even the face does not load correctly. If this happens try loading a second time and it should load correctly.
