Right it locking up on character screen

    This is not a valid description, you need to provide more details. how is it locking up. Does your graphics card give you an error message, Does the game client give you an error message? What settings for the game do you have currently. information that can help them fix this problem.

    That is a valid description it just is not detailed as it needs to be in order for Cryptic to fix this problem. Also, many people when they have a problem post it, they don't necessarily think of what could be causing the problem. Thanks.
