Best Fleet BOFFs to Get

I'm looking to purchase a Fleet BOFF, and what would have the most effect. K-13 Android, Embassy Romulan, K-13 survivor, or Lab Krenim?

Are any of these must haves or spend my dilithium somewhere else?

Rare male Romulan Tac (make sure you get the one who gives you Superior Romulan Operative) is very good to have.

Krenims are also good if you want to shave couple of seconds off from your BOFF ability CDs.
