T6 Defiant cannon fast DPS build?

So, I have discovered that fast escort cannon builds are my thing. I play on Xbox, and initially ran a pure plasma build until I discovered that the recent nerfs had really affected things, and have now gone back to a classic phaser/photon torp build. I don't have the cloak console from the T5 defiant, but I do have the quantum torp console and the quad phaser cannons from the T3 and T6 versions.

I am really in need of a decent build for this little ship. Its hellish fun to fly (I love to fast strafe across the top of the large cruisers), but I know I could get a lot more deeps out of it.

I run this ship on my Tactical officer. I run mostly Counter Command weapons and space sets. Three Bio-Molecular Dual Heavy Cannons with Dmgx3 and the rep torp up front, two Bio-molecular turrets with Dmgx3 and the rep turret in the back. Only console I have out of the set is the quantum torpedo console that came with the ship. I keep it there mainly to boost my torp damage. Otherwise, there's likely better things I could put there.

I only use one Pilot Ability: Hold It Together, buffed by two DOFFS that increases my damage resistance while it's active. Otherwise, it's dual copies of Scatter Volley and Torpedo Spread.

If you're looking for something more traditional in look and playstyle. I'd suggest getting the T5 ship for the console to complete the set, use your quad cannons, another dual heavy and a DBB (or two dual heavies if you prefer) and a quantam torp (maybe the wide-angle torpedo from the Archon and it's relatives). Iconian engine set for DPS.
