Creation of new Character

I noticed a game crash when i create Starfleet officers and it starts load in torturial... Tried Torturials as a Romulan and it loads no crashes... Tried Klingon Torturial and game crashes... when i repair it repairs the wrong server repairs holodeck how do i get this game crash fixed????

i tried a uninstall and redownloaded several times... but it dont fix this plz help

just got Klingon Torturial to load and run but Starfleet Turtorial still crashes
