So in the post on the main news screen it shows this player has made an away tea entirely of borg. Can someone please tell me how this is possible?
Borg in the c-store say you can only have 1 borg active at any time.
Im clearly missing something so please someone tell me how you can have all your away team as borg?

You have to be a lifetime subscriber so you can play your captain as a liberated borg. Then you have to purchase liberated borg bridge officers for your away team.

Only 1 C-STORE Borg BOFF active. There is still the Omega Reputation Borg Science BOFF and the Lobi Store Romulan Borg Science BOFF, and additionally for Romulans the Reman Borg Tactical BOFF and DR Romulan Borg Intel BOFF, all of which can be active along with an LTS LibBorg captain.
