Costume Change and Floaters on Classical Beach Risa?

Really just what the Title says. It'd be nice to be able to wear my beach clothes and use my floater on Classical Beach Risa as well as Resort Risa.

Floaters won't happen, because the map wasn't designed for flying. Taco explained it somewhere why this would be a huge effort, that is - in my opinion - not worth the old map. Don't get me wrong, I go to the classic beach from time to time to feed my need for nostalgia.
