Can't buy the Fleet Chimera, dont know why...

Hey.
I'm trying to buy the Fleet Chimera Heavy Destroyer, but I can't. I've enough to buy this ship (fleet credits, ship moduls, starbase military ship provisions and empty ship slots), but there's a message displayed in Red that says: "Required: Vice Admiral Rank, Spire Tier 2". My rank is Fleet Admiral and my Fleet Starbase has completed Spire Tier 3... So why can't I buy this ship? Help please. Thanks

    The Chimera is a reward ship for Lifetime subscribers or 1,000 day subscriber veterans. You can only buy it if you purchase a Lifetime subscription. Same thing applies to the Tier 6 version, the Manticore.

    Hmm, its either you dont have high enough rank in the fleet (to be able to purchase), or your fleet doenst possess needed tier level for shipyard (thats under the fleet starbase).
